SBA
The SBA slit roll line is an automatic system for making artisan-quality slit bread rolls.
Once they are transferred from the head machine, the dough pieces rest for approximately 3 minutes before entering the long-rolling station, where they are rolled to the required length.
The height-adjustable long-rolling board can be easily removed for cleaning. After an intermediate 6-minute proofing time, the long-rolled dough pieces are conveyed to the scoring station. A blade scores the dough pieces in separate scoring cups.
You can adjust the scoring depth and hold-down device as you wish.
If you’re using a 6-row head machine, you can even use this unit to make double-slit bread rolls.
Type of Bun
- Capacity ranging from 3500 to 7000 pieces per hour (depending on the number of rows and the system’s working width)
- Varying capacity for optimal proofing and resting times
- Resting area before the long-rolling board (resting time approx. 3 minutes; pre-proofer before the scoring station (proofing time approx. 6 minutes)
- Height-adjustable and interchangeable long-rolling pressure boards
- Scoring station with separate scoring cups
- Scoring station with a scoring blade and scoring depth setting
- Ventilation for fresh air intake and proofing cabinet climate control
- Optional shifting device for double-slit rolls
- Optional device for changing the dough pieces’ position on the trays (face-up or face-down)
Utmost hygiene
The stainless steel proofing swing trays have hook and loop fastenings for easy removal of the liner. Empty swing trays are automatically UV-sterilised before each subsequent cycle. A thermostat-controlled climate control system with a heater and humidifier is available upon request.
Cross conveyor
A lateral outfeed belt (cross conveyor) is available upon request to connect other machines and use the pre-proofed dough pieces from the line, for example, when producing complex products in an external machine.
Bypass
You can select a direct feed route to bypass the intermediate proofer for smooth round products that don’t require resting time.
Panning station
This unit automatically transfers the dough to proofing or baking trays. You can set and adjust the exact positioning pattern. You can also adjust the retracting lengths and the pitch between the dough pieces (using even intermediate values). This unit comes with a standard proofing drawer.
PLC control
The machine is controlled via a Siemens S7 PLC with a touch panel. Based on the required program, the unit will switch to the selected product, partly automatically and partly by controlling the menu. You can set all the machine parameters and save them for future use.
At the beginning of each line stands Prima Evo
9000 pieces
This is the maximum capacity per hour of the 6-row version (stepless adjustment available). Up to 7500 pcs/hour with the 5-row version and 6000 pcs/hour with the 4-row version.
Infeed rollers
These rollers gently convey the dough to the chamber without stressing it, so less flour is needed.
Adjustable pressure
You can adjust the pressure and amount of dough based on its texture. This innovative system doesn’t stress the dough, ensuring optimal processing.
Double-piston drum
It allows you to make a wide variety of buns of varying weight without having to replace any mechanical components, thus saving you time and money.
Separate rounding chamber adjustment
You can adjust the rounding space regardless of the dough piece’s weight. This option reduces the pressure on the dough, processing it without stressing it or compromising its volume.
Interactive touch screen
Available in the Future version. It allows you to set all the machine parameters (e.g., weight, rounding chamber, rounding speed and time, flour duster). You can even save all these settings as a recipe for future use.
Easy to clean
The hopper, pre-divider, and rounder can be extracted for easy cleaning.
