LR-2 / LR-2F
The compact LR-2 and LR-2F models are the most practical solution for artisan and micro bakeries. These machines only require one operator. They are easy to position and allow you to automate production, ensuring quality and efficiency every time. Each of these machines has a distinctive feature that sets them apart. The LR-2 has a module for making rolls with pointed ends. Conversely, the LR-2F can be swivelled out, making it super convenient for the operator.
