Panning Line
The various configurations of the Panning Line ensure the dough pieces are automatically placed on trays. It uses a Prima Evo dough divider-rounder as a head machine, guaranteeing high performance and gentle processing. The BA model is the most compact one, and it simply places the dough pieces created by the head machine on the trays. The BA-LR model includes a moulding station to make flat and long rolls without stressing the dough. Finally, the BA3-LR and BA6-LR models also include a proofing cabinet (with a 3 and 6-minute resting time, respectively), which, however, can be bypassed.

Moulding station
This unit produces flat or long rolls like mini baguettes, hot dog rolls, and burger buns. The pressure /long-rolling board processes the dough without stressing it, ensuring excellent evenness and quality.
The long-rolling board can also be equipped with a folding roller.
Panning station
A universal, fully automatic panning station, where the freshly moulded dough is accurately placed in proofing or baking trays. Its control system allows you to set the pitch between the dough pieces (even using intermediate values). The panning station is available in various lengths according to the number and size of the trays.
Divider-rounder
The BA Panning Line uses a Prima Evo dough divider-rounder as a head machine, which is the ideal solution for gently processing dough without stressing it. Head machines with up to 6 rows are available. These machines allow you to handle large amounts of various types of dough without stressing it, always ensuring excellent weight accuracy. The weight range is from 20 to 150 g.
Number of rows
Select the number of pockets to place the exact number of dough pieces on the trays. The filling piston is also easy to replace without any tools.
BA
The BA panning line is ideal for placing the dough pieces created by the head machine onto baking or proofing trays. You can easily change the dough pieces’ final position on the trays. This configuration is straightforward, making it perfect for any bakery setting.
BA3-LR
The BA3-LR panning line also includes a proofing cabinet (3-minute resting time).
However, you can choose to bypass it and convey the dough directly to the panning station.
BA6-LR
The BA6-LR panning line also includes a proofing cabinet (6-minute resting time).
However, you can choose to bypass it and convey the dough directly to the panning station.
